Good for me – I’m on track to hit my 100 miles.
Have mostly stuck with my diet – had pasta and bread 2-3 times at different meals, but have otherwise stayed on the wagon. Better though, I’ve upped my daily step count.
I got in a very long walk and one kayak trip in week 2. My main barrier is being busy every morning with something else, so I just want to come home and read and cook and do other chores, not physical ones.
My fasting is going ok. I’ve become a lot more comfortable with the concept. I am not losing a lot of weight, but fasting itself was a goal of mine, and I’ve achieved it.
